Reporting Hours

Master Gardeners enter volunteer time by organization and activity in the Online Reporting System (ORS). If you do not see your organization listed, you will need to “ask for a new organization to be added,” at which point you will be prompted for contact information about the organization. It will be reviewed by staff before it is entered into the ORS.

It is important that you maintain a record of your hours, both volunteer and continuing education (C.E.), and enter them into the ORS by the December 31 deadline. You may choose to add your hours weekly, monthly, quarterly, or in any other manner that is most convenient for you.
